What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between visits, like whether you've seen a page before, or help the site owner understand how the site is being used.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics (GA4) | Measures site usage, like which pages get visited and for how long, so we can see what’s working. | Up to 2 years |
| Microsoft Clarity | Records anonymised session behaviour (clicks, scrolling) so we can spot pages that are confusing or hard to use. | Up to 1 year |
| GHL enquiry form | Keeps your form entry working properly and helps prevent duplicate submissions. | Session or short-term |
Managing cookies
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only run if you've said yes to them. A banner asks the first time you visit, and you can change your mind at any point using the button below.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser add-on.
